  • 1 HS walk / HS tekkers
  • 1 L-sit hold (Max time)
  • Ski 120m (Max effort)

For time of:

  • 15 Front squats @ 60kg

  • Run 400m
  • 15 Back Squats @ 100kg
  • 40 Double unders
  • 15 Front Squats @ 100kg
  • Run 400m
  • 15 Back Squats @ 60kg
  • 40 Double unders
  • 50 Pull ups
