  • Snatch grip dead lifts to full extension, work to an overload of your 1RM snatch

For the time: 

  • 6 Push press @ 85 / 60kg
  • 3 Muscle ups / 9 Pull ups
  • 20 Double unders
  • 8 Push jerks @ 95 / 65kg
  • 6 Muscle ups / 18 Pull ups
  • 40 Double unders
  • 12 Split jerks @ 105 / 70kg
  • 9 Muscle ups / 27 Pull ups
  • 60 Double unders
