WOD 1

Mobility

For 15 mins every 3 mins complete:

  • 5 Snatch balance
  • 5 Hang Power snatch
  • 5 Squat snatch
  • HS Tekker the remaining time

WOD 2

For 18 mins switch every min on the min between: 

  • 10 Overhead squats  @ 60 / 40kg
  • The Triplet of
  • 2 Muscle ups
  • 6 Box Jumps @ 30 / 24″
  • 4 HSPU / Push press @ 60 / 40kg
