WOD 2

A double 6 min AMRAP of: 

  • 10 Deadlifts @ 55 / 40kg
  • 6 Bar over burpees
  • Rest 2 mins
  • 10 Bar push ups
  • 6 Power cleans @ 55 / 40kg
