WOD 1

Mobility

For 12 mins every 30 secs on the 30 secs complete 1 movement and rotate: 

  • 5 Burpees
  • 5 Thrusters @ 30 / 20kg
  • 5 GHDs
  • 5 Pull ups
  • 5 Toes 2 Bar

 

WOD 2

An 11 min AMRAP of:

  • 25 Power Snatch @ 30 / 20kg
  • 15 Box Jumps @ 24 / 20kg
