Mobility

In 15 mins complete:

  • 100-75-50 Double unders or 200 single unders
  • 50 Front squats @ 30 / 20kg
  • 100-75-50 Double unders or 200 single unders
  • 50 Push press @ 30 / 20kg
  • 1000m Run

*Select a weight you can achieve unbroken

 

 

 

WOD 2

 

10 min incremental ladder:

  • Kettlebell swings +3 @ 24 / 20kg
  • Burpee +3
  • Box jumps +3 @ 24″ / 20″

* Don’t drop the ketllebells
