WOD 2

Every 10 Mins for 30 Mins complete:

1000m Row/Ski/Run
6 Rounds of Cindy
-5 Pull Ups
-10 Push Ups
-15 Air Squats

*Score= slowest round
*Scale to unbroken movements on cindy
*Scale to achieve 1 min rest, reduce rounds of cindy if needed to achieve this
*Switch row/ski/run each round
