10 kb/db bent over row (each arm)
10 burpees
10 kb russian twists
30 sec plank

 

WOD 1 

In 25 mins complete:

7×1 Back squats

*Build to weight then hold across the sets
*HEAVY

 

WOD 2

 

3 rounds for time of:

9 bar over burps
12 Front squats @ 75/55 RX+85/60
15 C2B pull ups

*8 MIN CAP
*Front squats should be unbroken weight
