Mobility

With a time cap of 15 mins complete rounds of the following:

  • 3 Back squats (build to a heavy 3)
  • 1 set of max reps double unders




WOD 2

An 18 min AMRAP of:

  • 12 Clean & jerks @ 50 / 30kg
  • 12 Pull ups
  • 12 Burpees
