WU WOD 

In Open Gym – Jump Rope WU: 

  • 2 mins practise skips
  • EMOM for 5 mins
  • 50 Double Under / Single Under

WOD 1

In 30 mins in pairs complete:

  • 6 x 3 Push Press
  • 6 x 3 Deadlift

*build to a heavy triple across the sets 

*15 mins for each movement

Additional Work:

  • Not today 😉

 

 

WOD 2

8 min AMRAP:

  • 20 Double Under / Single Under
  • 8 Deadlifts @ 50/35kg RX+ 60/40kg
  • 4 Hang Power Cleans @ 50/35kg RX+ 60/40kg

*everything should be unbroken

*aim for 10 rounds min
