  • Push Press
  • Jerk

*You must increment on each lift

In pairs in 13 mins complete:

  • 1000m Row
  • 60 Burpees
  • 60 Hang Cleans @ 60kg / 40kg
  • In the remaining time max STOH @ 60kg / 40kg

*50% of the work each
