101 – OHS Warm Up:

  • 3 rounds each of 5 reps
  • Down slow fast up
  • Down slow 3 secs pause fast up
  • Down half way up > down and up

Open WOD 11.4 > A 10 min AMRAP of:

  • 60 Bar facing burpees
  • 30 OHS @ 55 / 40kg
  • 10 Muscle ups / Pull ups
