  • Overhead Squat
  • Front Squat
  • Back Squat

‘Randy’ with a GET UP!: 

  • 75 Power snatch @ 35 / 25kg
  • EMOM 1 Turkish get up each arm @ 32 / 24kg

* Cap of 14 mins
