WOD 1

Mobility

In 13 mins as a pair:

  • Run 400m – together
  • 4 Rounds of Cindy – between
  • In the remaining time:
  • Est a pairs total for 10 reps of front squat (racks)

* Total weight lifted over 5 nominated reps each

* Lifts can be singles, doubles anything!

* You must state to partner when you are doing a recordable lift, if you miss it you get a no score for 1 of your 10 combined lifts

 

WOD 2

In pairs an 18 min AMRAP of:

  • 15 Air squats
  • 10 KB swings @ 32 / 24kg
  • 5 Sprawlers @ 4ft

* Alt rounds in your pairs
