WOD 1

MOTM – EMOM for 5 mins: 

  • 5 Clean deadlift with 2-3 sec pause above the knee @ 40 / 25kg

EMOM for 8 mins, rotate through:

  • Max Handstand Hold / Wall Hold
  • 30 sec Hollow Hold
  • 8 Underhand Pull Ups / Ring Rows
  • 2-4 Alternating Arm Turkish Get Up @ 24 / 20kg

 

WOD 2

For Time, 10 Rounds:

  • 30 Unbroken Double Unders
  • 3 MU / 6 CTB / 9 PU
  • 5 HSPU
