WOD 1

MOTM: EMOM for 5 mins:

  • 5 Snatch Balance w/3 secs pause, try and increase weight from last week

In 15 mins in pairs complete:

  • 5 x 5 Snatch grip deadlifts

*Increment weight each set and head for approx your 1 RM snatch

*Maintain the same RoM as your snatch movement, slow and controlled with shoulders over the bar

 

 

WOD 2

Open WOD 14.1

A 10 min AMRAP of:

  • 30 Double unders / 60 single unders
  • 15 Snatches @ 35 / 25kg
