  • Run 200m / Row 300m / Ski 250 / Bike 400m
  • 3 back squats (increasing to 3RM)
  • 3 Chest to bar pull ups

With a 21 min time cap work through the rep scheme:

  • Burpee box jumps
  • Pull ups
