WOD 1

WARM UP:
Steady jog to the end of your street or 2-4 min double unders

3 Rounds of:
10 Air Squats
5 6-point Burpees (Pause at each position for a second)
then
1 Round of
10 Mountain Climbers
10 Lunges
10 V-ups or Sit ups

 

WOD 2

AT HOME CHRISTMAS DAY WORKOUT
MERRY CHRISTMAS ALL!

For time:
40-30-20-10
Mountain Climbers
Backward Lunges
V-ups/ sit ups

Optional
50 Double under/singles
or
200-400m Run between rounds

ADDITIONAL WORK

6 Rounds of:
E5M5M for 30 Mins
15 Burpees
MAX Shuttle Runs

*No rest between rounds.
Goal is 30 minutes of continuous movement. Pick a pace on the bike that will be challenging. Try and match your shuttle runs each round
