MOTM: 5 mins DU practice

In groups EMOM for 12 mins rotate through the movements:

  • 3 MU / 6 CTB / 9 Pull Up
  • 20 / 15 / 10 Double Unders 40 Single Unders
  • 10 Hand Release Push Ups
  • 15 Box Jumps @ 24 / 20″

WOD 2

 

In 15 mins an incremental ladder of:

  • 100m Run + 100m
  • 2 Pull Ups + 2
  • 1 Push Jerk @ 80 / 50kg + 1
