Mobility

With a time cap of 13 mins complete rounds of the following:

  • 5 Muscle ups / 10 pull ups
  • 1 HS Walk
  • 12 Pistols
  • Ski 100m (Max effort)




WOD 2

For the time:

  • 30 Bear complex @ 80 / 50kg
      • Power Clean
      • Front Squat
      • Push Press
      • Back Squat
      • Push press
  • Every min on the min 3 burpees

Time cap of 30 mins
