WOD 1

10 min EMOM:

  • 1 min Pole Squat
  • 30 sec Couch Stretch (each leg)
  • 1 min Wall Squat (slow & controlled)
  • 1 min Dynamic Pigeon Stretch
  • 1 min Air Squat (slow & controlled)

Additional Work:

  • Not today 😉

 

 

WOD 2

 

In 23 mins complete:

  • EMOM 10 mins 5 Back Squat (RX+ add 5kg every minute)
  • 3 min rest
  • EMOM 10 mins 5 Back Squats @ 60% of highest load (RX+ 70%)
