WOD 1

With a time cap of 15 min complete rounds of the following:

  • 3 Deadlifts (build to a heavy 3)
  • Up to a max of 10 double unders (scale to fit into a 20 sec slot)
  • 1 skin the cat
  • 1 HS walk




WOD 2

10 rounds for time of:

  • Up to 10 HSPUs (scale your HSPU rep range to suit ability)
  • 10 Air squats
  • 15 Double unders
