In 20 mins complete 5-5-5-5-5 reps of:

  • Clean & jerk – Work to 70% 1RM
  • Power Snatch – Work to 70% 1RM

 

WOD 2

5 Rounds for the time of: 

  • 5 Squat cleans @ 110  / 60kg
  • 10 Bar over burpees
  • 5 Muscle ups / 7 Pull ups & 7 bar push ups
  • 100 DUs (Check out)
