WOD 1

 

In 20 mins in pairs complete:

3-3-3-2-2-1 Deadlift with pause at top

*Complete a rep every 30 secs and hold in the hang position
*3 reps will take 1:30
*1 work/1 rest with partner
*Build to starting weight then build slightly across sets if you can

WOD 2

6 rounds for time of:

21 wall balls
15 pull ups
9 hang power snatch @ 50/35

*15 min cap
*Scale to movements that allow you to go unbroken on reps
*alternate rounds with partner
