Banded shoulder mobility and foam roller techniques 

Movement of the month – Pull Ups

Test – Max rep pull ups

3 rounds of:

  • 200m Run
  • 30 Walking Lunges
  • 15 Wallballs

WOD 2

 

In pairs in 15 mins:

  • 5 mins Front Squat @ 42.5 / 35kg
  • 4 mins Bar Over Burpees
  • 3 mins Pull Ups
  • 2 mins Thrusters @ 42.5 / 35kg
  • 1 min Shoulder To Over Head @ 42.5 / 35kg

*Break the movements down between the pairs however you would like, it does NOT have to be 50 / 50 

*The bar must be passed between the pair, it must NOT touch the floor 

*Score = total reps
