WOD 2

In teams of 4, Squat Team MURPH:

  • 1 MILE RUN (1600m) 2 work/2 rest 400m break with wall ball
  • 100 Pull Ups
  • 200 Push Ups
  • 300 Air squats
  • 1 MILE RUN (1600m) 2 work/2 rest 400m break with wall ball

*2 work/2 rest

*As a team you can start the air squats as soon as everyone is in off the run all squats must be syncro and must pass the wall ball with every squat.

*4th person completes pull ups and push ups. Switch when needed

*Break how you like doesn’t have to be equal

*30 min cap
