WOD 1

MOTM Test: Push Ups – 1 set of max effort push ups

EMOM for 5 mins:

  • Min 2 & 4 est 60% of your max reps push ups
  • Min 1, 3 & 5 30 secs of plank

For time in any order:

  • Run 400m
  • Row / Ski 400m
  • 30 Burpees

WOD 2

An 18 min AMRAP of:

  • 12 Chest to Bar pull ups
  • A max set of STOH @ 50 / 35kg
  • Run 400m
