Mobility

For 14 mins every 2 mins complete:

  • 2 Overhead Squats
  • 2 Snatch balance
  • 2 Hang Power Snatch
  • 2 Squat Snatch
  • Build towards your WOD weight

WOD 2

5 Rounds for the time of: 

  • 3 Squat snatch @ 82.5  / 55kg
  • 40 Double unders
  • 50 Burpees (check out)
