Mobility

In pairs in 16 mins 21-15-9-15-21 reps of:

  • Deadlifts

* Scale the weight based on a 21 rep max T&G for the first round

* You do 21, partner does 21 and so on

3 Rounds for the time of: 

  • 16 Hang Pwr Snatch @ 50  / 35kg
  • 25 Bar push ups
