MOTM: Double Unders

  • 5 mins double under practise

Split Jerk Tekkers:

  • Every 30 secs for 5 mins, 1 split jerk with 3 sec pause at the top (alternate leg each rep)

 

 

WOD 2

15 min incremental ladder:

  • 2 Box Jumps @ 30/24 +2
  • 2 Split Jerks @ 50/35kg +2
  • 2 Hang Power Clean @ 50/35kg +2
