10 Min EMOM:

  • 5 Overhead Squats
  • 3 High Hang Power Snatch
  • 3 High Hang Squat Snatch
  • 3 Mid Thigh Squat Snatch
  • 3 Full Squat Snatch

*20/15kg Bar Max

 

Additional Work

Part 1

To be completed 30 mins before the class:

  • 10 reps to find a heavy single front squat for the day NO MORE!

Part 2

To be completed 10 mins after the class:

  • 21 / 15/ 9
  • Cal Row
  • Power Snatch @ 52.5 /35kg

In 30 Mins Work To a Max:

  • 5 Rep Max Squat / Power Snatch
  • 3 Rep Max Squat / Power Snatch
  • 1 Rep Max Squat / Power Snatch
