EMOM for 8 mins rotate through:

  • 5 HSPUs
  • 3 Muscle ups / 6 MU pull to ring dip
  • 5 Squat cleans @ 20 / 15kg
  • 10 Thrusters @ 20 / 15kg

WOD 2

A 15 min AMRAP of:

  • 10 Pull ups
  • 10 HR Push ups
  • 5 Burpee Clusters @ 70 / 47.5kg
