WOD 1

Mobility

With a 14 min cap complete rounds of:

  • 3 Strict press building to a heavy 3
  • 10 Pistols
  • 2 Turkish get ups @ 32 / 24kg (1 each arm)
  • 10 Vertical Jumps (to the highest pull up bars or as close as you can get to)




WOD 2

A 21 min AMRAP of:

  • 6 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls @ 55 / 35kg
    • 1 Round of “Cindy”
    • 5 Pull Ups
    • 10 Push Ups (sternum to ab-mat)
    • 15 Air Squats
