Complete the following:

  • Ski 200m
  • 10 Push ups
  • 10 pull ups
  • 200m run
  • 20 Air squats
  • 20 Ab-mat sits
  • Ski 200m




WOD 2

Jubilee

For the time:

  • 60 Pull ups

  • 60 Ring push ups @ 24″
  • 60 Box Jumps @ 20″
  • 60 Kettle Bell Swings @ 16 / 12kg
  • 60 Ab-Mat sit ups
  • 60 Push press @ 30 / 20kg

Ok crew this one will be a staggered start throughout the morning until everyone is through the WOD, may be a few newbies turning up so they will do “Mini Jubilee” scaled at 40 or 30 reps
