With a time cap of 09 mins complete rounds of the following:

  • 1 round of Cindy
  • 1 min mobility
  • 1 min of any HS tekkers




WOD 2

For time:

  • 13 Overhead Squats @ 60 / 40kg

  • Run 300m
  • 23 Front Squats @ 60 / 40kg
  • Run 300m
  • 33 push press @ 60 / 40kg
  • Run 300m
  • 43 Pull ups
  • Run 300m
  • 53 Double unders
  • Run 300m
  • 63 Burpees
Racks are in for this one crew, that limits us to 11 at a time through the WOD, i reckon 3 WODs should get us all through, tough one to finish so bring your ‘A’ game and get the “BEAST MODE ON”.
