WOD 1

Mobility

Complete the following in any order:

  • 25 toes through rings
  • 50 ball slams
  • 25 Kettle bell Sumos @ 20 / 16 kg
  • 50m Over head barbell walk with 40 / 30kg (same as lunge route)




WOD 2

For time:

  • Run 100m
  • 20 Single arm barbell Snatch @ 20 / 15kg on each arm
  • Run 200m
  • 15 Single arm barbell Snatch @ 25 / 20kg on each arm
  • Run 400m
  • 10 Single arm barbell Snatch @ 30 / 25kg on each arm
  • Run 800m
  • 5 Single arm barbell Snatch @ 35 / 30kg on each arm
