5 km Colwick Park race for the time:

  • See you at the box 8:40, come early if you need to print bar codes




WOD 2 (For those with the cahoonas to run, even though its pump)

For the time lift:

3000 / 2000 Kg Ground to over head at a wieght of your choice, every minute on the minute 5 pull ups

Afters:

  • Max rep Squats in a minute at 100kg
  • Max deadlift
  • Carvery…Yum!
