  • 100 STOH @ 50/35kg
  • 75 Deadlifts @ 80/50kg

  • Back Squat – 5 X 2 reps @ 90%, 3 x 2 reps @ 93%
  • Split Jerk – 1 x 3 reps @ 84%, 2 x 3 reps @ 87%
  • Ab Mat Sit with plate behind head – 75 reps
