Barbell Club Wk 2 Session 3

Weight Lifting:

  • Split Jerk – 6 x 3 @80%
  • Snatch balance – build in 5 sets to within starting push press weight for exercise below
  • Overhead carry – rig to end wall max weight in 4 sets
  • Deadlift – build to paused at knee 3 sec 3RM, then -5 & -10% for 3

Back & Ab Work:

  • Good mornings – 8-12 reps x 3 sets, lower for 2 secs and stand up quickly
  •  GHD hold – accumulate 2 minutes hold max weighted 10kg
