In pairs 25 min AMRAP of:

  • 8 rounds of
    3 squat snatch @ 42.5/30 RX+ 52.5/35
    6 OH lunge @ 42.5/30 RX+ 52.5/35
  • 400 m run together

    *You go I go rounds on the squat snatch and oh lunge (4 each)
    *then run 400m together after the 8 rounds
    1 round
