In teams of 3, 30 min AMRAP:

  • P1
  • Runs 400m with sandbag
  • P2 
  • 10 Pull Ups
  • 20 Push Ups
  • 30 Air Squat
  • P3
  • AMRAP Bear Complex @ 60 / 45kg (Power clean, front squat, push press, back squat, push press)

*As partner who is running comes back in, they swap with the gymnastics, and gymnastics swaps with bear complex, etc   

*Each 400m counts for 30 points

*Each round of gymnastics counts for 20 points 

*Each Bear Complex counts for 10 points
