Barbell Club:Wk 5 Session

  1. Front squat w/ 3 secs pause- 10,5,3,3,1,1,1
  2. Front squat – 2 x 3 with an 8-10 secs in the negative
  3. Clean + Jerk – Build to a heavy single
  4. Floor press – Build to a 5RM, -5% for 5, -10% for 5
  5. Ring rows 3 x 8 to 12 reps (superset with 4.)
  6. 3 x 12 Glute ham raises
  7. 3 x Max side plank
