Mobility                                                                                                     

In 14 mins rounds of:                                                                            

  • 10 Ball slams  
  • 2 skin the cats
  • 10 DUs
  • 10 deads @ 70 / 50kg
 WOD 2                                                                                                                     

A Pairs WOD of 3 x 6 min rounds of: 

  

  • 2 mins of wall ball shots
  • 2 mins of 30 m shuttle sprints (set out with cones in car park)
  • 2 mins of KB Taters @ 24 / 20kg
  • Rest 1 min
 

 

 Rules:

  • Only 1 person working at one time
  • Rotate as you please in order to gain most reps
  • Rolling clock through the 6 min rounds quick chang overs for best scores
  • 1 Min rest on completion of the round
  • Sum total of all reps achieved for all three rounds
