Weight Lifting:

  • Box Squat – EMOM x 10 mins 2 reps @ 60% 1RM back power output
  • 5 x Snatches – pause at the bottom, no misses
  • 5 x Clean & Jerks – no misses
  • Floor Press 5 x 5 @ sub maximal load max power output + 20 band pull aparts
