A competition of 3 AMRAPs winner takes a Hoody and set of wooden rings.

A 12 min AMRAP of:

  • 7 Deadlifts @ 70 / 50kg
  • 7 Chest to bar pull ups

Rest as long as it takes to get everyone though the WOD


An 8 min AMRAP of:

  • 10 Hand release push ups
  • 8 Box jumps @ 24 / 20″
  • 6 Kettle Bell swings @ 24 / 20 kg


Rest as long as it takes to get everyone though the WOD

An 5 min AMRAP of:

  • 500m Watt Bike
  • 8 Goblet Squats @ 24 / 20kg
Most number of reps total wins the day, each 100m wil count as 1 rep on the bike, the 5 min AMRAP will be individual due to one bike and completed during rest periods.
