Barbell Club Wk 3 Session 3

Weight Lifting:

  • Split Jerk – 5 x 2 @ 83%
  •  Snatch balance – build to within starting push press weight for exercise below
  •  5 x 3 + 1 Behind the neck push press + overhead squat
  •  Est 3 RM Deadlift – 3 secs pause at  knee

Back & Ab Work:

  • Weighted back extensions on GHD x 3 max effort sets
  • hollow rocks 4 minute max reps
