Barbell Club:Wk 6 Session 3

  1. Front squat and back squat – 6,4,3,3,1,1,1
  2. Snatch – build to heavy single
  3. Power jerk and split jerk – 1 x 5 +1, 1 x 4 + 1, 1 x 3 + 1, 1 x 2 + 1, 1 x 1 + 1
  4. Split jerk – 3 x 1
  5. 60 hollow rocks for time – overtime you break perform 20 dumbbell walking lunges
