In pairs 8 min amrap of cindy:

5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats

*1w/1r
*both complete the movement before moving on
*Warm up! Don’t rush, concentrate on getting loose

WOD 2

For time:
100 Thrusters @ 60/42.5
EMOM 5 burpees

*Pick a weight you could do 10+ reps with when fresh
*pick a number to try and stick to from the start, don’t go out too hard!
*30 min cap
