In teams of 4 / Wild West Team:

  • WOD 1: Once Upon A Texas Train
  • Clean (Males) Deadlifts (Ladies) Ladder:
  • 40kg to 130kg, EMOMincreasing in 10kg intervals
  • WOD 2: Bad Mans River but longer
  • In M&M and F&F pairs
  • 2 min 30 alternating on each station to row as many calroies between the pair and complete as many front squats @ 60/40kg

Barbell 

  • Max Out Snatch & Clean & Jerk
