  • 5 x 2 Block Snatch @ 75, 81, 3 x 84%
  • 5 x 3 Clean & Jerk @ 78-81%
  • 5 x 2 Back Squat @ 90-93%
  • 5 x 20ft Overhead Walk In Snatch Grip (Every 90 secs)

 

 

WOD 2

FIGHT GONE MOORE

3 rounds of:

  • 1 Min Wallballs @ 14lbs/20lbs
  • 1 Min Sumo Deadlift High Pull @ 24kg/32kg
  • 1 Min Box Jump @ 20″
  • 1 Min Push Press @ 24kg/32kg
  • 1 Min Row (Cal)
  • 1 Min Rest

*score cards will be needed, please bring some scrap paper

*round up / round down weights for this to work

*tip, finish 10 secs before the end of the minute before you move on, except for the row
